When I first read the blurb for this tale I had a sneaky feeling that this was going to be akin to "Let's Hear It For The Boy" ...... and oh yeah, was I right!Mr. Webb has taken his character's lives and compacted them into a few pages of text. But those pages tell us their whole story in a way that touches our hearts and souls.
Never am I disappointed in one of Tom's stories. Be it long or short, the requirements are all there to keep me entertained and turning the pages, eager to discover what comes next. And I have learned that there is one necessity to reading a T.A. Webb tale, an adequate supply of tissues.
To sum up, this is a short read that will have you in tears but will also get you laughing and jumping for joy as the character's lives mingle, separate and iron themselves out into what is meant to be. Have fun .... I did!

Beautiful Christmas story, beautiful anytime story. And so the cycle of life and love continuous for those with the courage to hope and try. Wonderful.
Not many authors can bring me to bittersweet tears faster than TA Webb. I loved this short Christmas story and I hope that we get more in the future.
I teared up early into this and ended up crying by the end. There are just not enough words to express the sweetnees, sorrow and beauty in this story. There is a happy ending for the character telling the story, but it's just too sad to read again.
I almost didn't get this one, I don't like gay anything. And that was how this was described. But it's about friendship and brotherhood and I can definitely got down with that. It was not what I expected but it was a nice surprise.
A beautiful story of three close friends and how they touch each other's lives. It does have a holiday theme. It was so good I wanted it to be longer. I will be looking for other stories and books by this author. I heartedly recommend.
This story absolutely tore me up. I few pages in and I was doing the ugly cry. Tears remained up until the last few pages, which were hot and eased my pain, A LITTLE. All in all, it is a very emotional read. Get ready for a good cry. I would bet you can't read it without at least a few tears.
I'm going to go ahead and give four stars, but they are conditional honestly.
First, this a short and a freebie. There isn't a lot of time for character development or relationship development, but in the short amount of time, I found that I actually felt a lot. This story was sad. Sad in a way that losing your best friend is sad, sad in the way that regret and all those "what ifs" is sad, sad in realizing how fleeting life is and maybe you aren't doing what makes you happy. But there is also hope and friendship. And that's what its all about right? And love. and well *ahem* sex.
